365:

I just finished a 10 day meditation and silence course. It is one of the hardest and best things I’ve done. This image represents a decision to daily change my life for the better. This is my second 365 two and a half years after my first attempted one, which I never finished. I’m making this 365 a far more true to me experience with far less pressure to produce something eye catching every time. What I am concerned with is making sure I stay aware and focused in everything I do day to day. Taking a picture and enveloping that moment is part of my active attempt at mindfulness.
